Amcomm Wireless – Product Return / Exchange Policy
Within the first 14 days of purchasing a new handheld device, you may exchange the item one time. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, in original packaging with all labels and contents and in like new condition in order for us to process the exchange/refund. Within the first 14 days of purchase, a defective handheld device (*excluding Apple iPad/Apple Watch) may be exchanged in store for the identical device. *Apple iPads and Apple Watches that require warranty services, customers are required to contact Apple Care at 1-800-275-2273.
There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
All special orders require a deposit which includes a $35 non-refundable restocking fee if the item is not picked up or returned.
A minimum restocking fee of $35 ($75 for tablets and all Apple Products / $50 for all HUM models) per device will apply for non-defective device exchanges or returns. In addition, at our discretion, we may charge a restock fee for missing or damaged items.
Shipping / Return
Dropship is handled by the vendors.
Dropship item returns would be covered under our existing return / exchange policy, where they can bring them back to the store if they are the wrong product ordered or defective / damaged.
Equipment that was purchased at a discount with a two-year Verizon Wireless contract must be returned to Amcomm Wireless if the contract is not fulfilled.
